decent stay, SOME issues with service

I booked a Riva Room. I had a couple of issues. One problem was that my room was serviced late. It was not cleaned until I advised that it was missed, even with the make up room sign out every morning. The other issue was I booked a massage and there is no spa at the hotel and the room they use is just off the lobby. They use a lounger and it did not lend to a great experience so I would not suggest guests use this service.

my LOVE found this place. the rooms are so CLEAN. Piaow at the front desk was always smiling at us. i had a river view and it was AMAZING.
the pool area require more attention. sometimes the staff stands instead of approach. i FOUND the food cold once, it was not pleasant. staff could have picked it up quickly to avoid cold fries.
